Week 2 - Mexican Mince
A really versatile dinner that can be served lots of different ways! With tortilla chips or taco shells, in wraps or with rice, or with a side of sweet potato wedges and salad!
You can also make it vegetarian/vegan by switching mince for lentils! An all-round winner.
