Pregnancy nutrition is so important in supporting mother and child. Providing adequate nutrients to the growing baby, as well as providing energy and avoiding nutrient depletion in the mother.
In addition, we can address pregnancy issues like morning sickness, healthy weight gain, and the right foods to include and avoid.
Once bub has arrived, we focus on healthy milk production, as well as healthy weight loss for mum and weight gain for bub. Other areas include post-natal mental wellbeing and post-natal depression (PND).
These are areas close to my heart, having been through an 18 month fertility journey, and then three pregnancies.
