When necessary, I can use relevant testing to help get to the bottom of your digestive issues. These include stool testing, food intolerance testing, and elimination diets.
The evolving knowledge around the gut microbiota and use of probiotics is a huge, as well as ongoing, development for gut health. There is also a much greater understanding of the gut-brain axis, so we have a useful tool to use in mood- and behaviour-related issues.
